Welcome to Ottawa Leaders of Volunteers, or OLV (formerly Ottawa Administrators of Volunteer Resources [OAVR]). We are an Ottawa-based association open to anyone leading volunteers, specifically in the charitable and not for profit sectors. Together we set out to improve and expand volunteer engagement across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. We recognize that the field of volunteer management is made up of a diverse community of individuals who are passionate about and dedicated to supporting, promoting, and growing volunteerism. OLV provides an inclusive space for all leaders of volunteers to connect and share ideas, resources, and network!
