Programs (Open/Maternity Fill In)
We are seeking a leader of volunteers to help events and activity planning.
Helping book spaces and communicate event details
Ensuring website events are up to date
Experience planning and organizing small to medium sized events
Providing feedback, joining committees, etc.
Attend 6-8 board and membership meetings per year
Other duties as required

Supporting the board with helping the organization stay organized.
- Learning the administrative tasks of running OLV
- Preparing agendas and minutes, AGM materials.
